The SEC delayed making a decision until mid-October on whether to approve the first US BTC exchange-traded fund (ETF). According to documents posted on the SEC’s website, the agency deferred filings from Bitwise, VanEck, Invesco Galaxy, Valkyrie, Wise Origin, and WisdomTree. Bitwise later decided to withdraw its proposal.
