NY DFS Proposes New Standards for Listing and Delisting Tokens
The New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) proposed new standards for crypto businesses to follow when listing and delisting tokens. The guidance aims to heighten risk assessment standards for coin-listing policies, tailor enhanced requirements for retail consumer-facing businesses, require licensees to develop and submit a coin-delisting policy to DFS, and update the DFS Greenlist, or the list of coins and tokens approved for all licensees to list or custody.
