US District Judge Katherine Polk Failla dismissed a proposed class action against Uniswap Labs, its CEO, foundation, and venture capital backers. The plaintiffs claimed they lost money on scam tokens on the decentralized cryptocurrency exchange, but Judge Failla ruled that the buyers could not sue the platform or its venture capital backers in lieu of the anonymous issuers of the scam coins.
