US District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan ruled that Sam Bankman-Fried cannot stop prosecutors from relying on recently produced evidence at his upcoming trial. Judge Kaplan stated that Bankman-Fried’s lawyers can request a postponement of the trial, but noted that he would not necessarily grant it.
