Gemini Trust Company LLC told a New York bankruptcy judge that Digital Currency Group Inc. (DCG) is trying to deceive Genesis creditors into accepting a Chapter 11 plan that would allow DCG to skip out on nearly $600 million of overdue obligations it owes to Genesis.
